Donna's Journey

Donna has been in full-time ministry since 1991. She began this journey by leading a ministry which was a constant presence of believers, prayer warriors and Sidewalk Counselors who offered help, hope and love to women and families headed for abortion. Over those 18 years she organized many events to protect the unborn in Wichita, Kansas. There were rally’s, national events, regional events, pro-life parades, pray vigils, all night prayer vigils etc. She spoke at churches all over town asking for help to disciple and provide assistance for these young women and networked with the crisis pregnancy centers. There were thousands of women who changed their minds and chose life over those 18 years.

Soon it became evident that believers in Jesus Christ needed to rise up and let their values be known. She gradually saw a need to help believers see that Jesus expects us to be the salt in the culture. In 2007 she was asked to be the Director of Operations for the No Casino effort. In a few months with lots of help from 275 churches in Wichita, she wrote a booklet and activated them to get out the vote to defeat the effort. The vote was August 7th, we were successful.

Donna leads a prayer call for the state every Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. Weekly she participates in national prayer calls in her role as National Governor Prayer Team Leader of Kansas, National Day of Prayer, and Congressional Prayer Caucus Foundation Director of Kansas.
